Use Cases

1. Trade Area / Catchment Analysis

Visualize primary (500m–1km) and secondary (3–5km) trade areas around stores or facilities. Place multiple locations to see where coverage overlaps and which areas are underserved. Also useful for mapping the distance to competitors.

2. Store Location & Site Research

Pin candidate locations and compare nearby residential density, competitors, and stations at a glance. Use isochrones to evaluate "what is within a 10-minute drive" or "walking population nearby." Share URLs with stakeholders instead of heavy PDFs.

3. Relocation Planning

Draw a commute range (15-min walk / 20-min cycle / 30-min train) around your workplace or school to narrow down neighborhoods. Pin supermarkets, hospitals, and daycare centers to compare candidate homes with family or real estate agents.

4. Real Estate Filtering

Clients who say "within a 10-minute walk from the station" or "near a hospital by car" can be shown visually. Pin candidate properties and send the share URL directly — no need to build a slide deck for every client.

5. Event Logistics & Attendee Flow

Combine a venue radius, walking isochrones from the nearest station, and parking pins into a single shared map. Perfect for races, festivals, trade shows, and any event where participant flow matters.

6. Commute / School Zone Checks

Draw public transit and walking isochrones around your office or school to see which neighborhoods are realistically within commuting distance — useful for job searches, school choice, and relocation decisions.

7. Disaster / Evacuation Planning

Check walking isochrones to evacuation sites from home and office. Pin shelters within a 15-minute walk and overlay them with flood, landslide, or tsunami hazard areas to build a concrete family disaster plan.
